Though the spirit of the Resolution has won by the application of the Constitution of India in Jammu and Kashmir in letter and spirit yet certain important things need to follow. The passage of the Hindu Temples and Shrines Bill is prelude to the resettlement of the displaced Hindus in Kashmir along with the setting up of the “Special Crimes Tribunal” to investigate the crimes against humanity in regard to the minorities in the J&K.
