KATRA, Oct 27: Three-day long annual technical festival, `Titiksha-2013′ at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, concluded today.
The valedictory function was presided over by Prof V Verma while Dr Yugal Khajuria was the convener and Dr Ankush Anand was the chief faculty coordinator.
During the festival, a total number of 45 events were organized by different branches of College of Engineering – Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical, Industrial Bio-technology and Architecture. Some of the most liked events were Ad-web, Electro Maze, All Izz Not Well, Future Tech and Spell Me.
Those who actively supported the “Titiksha” festival, included Arch Abhimanyu Sharma, Dr Swarkar Sharma, Dr R K Jha, Mir Irfan-ul-haq and Sudesh Kumar.
The significant attraction of the valedictory function was the cultural program. The items were performed by Ritesh and his Bhangra group, Abhinav Sharma’s dance performance and Tushar Dance Club. The cultural program was sponsored by KT Motors (Vespa) & KTM Jammu.
In the end of the program, the chief guest Prof V Verma along with Dr Yugal Khajuria presented trophies and certificates to the best performers. Dhananjay Singh, chief student coordinator concluded the event with vote of thanks.
