Tiwari presents research paper at Singapore Conference

JAMMU, Feb 21: A research scholar of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Sandeep Kumar Tiwari presented his research paper in Southeast Asian Conference on Education (SEACE 2020), organised at Max Atria Singapore Expo from February 7 to February 9.
The conference was organized by International Academic Forum (IAFOR), Osaka University, Japanin collaboration with Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore.
Tiwari, a fellowship of Indian Council of Social Science Research( ICSSR) of School of Economics, SMVDU Katra, presented the research paper on “Role of caste and class association on households’ expenditure on elementary education in Uttar Pradesh, India: Evidence from NSSO data” co-authored by Dr Pabitra Kumar Jena and Dr Kirtti Ranjan Paltasingh.
The conference was attended by the various eminent Professors, Scholars and Academicians in the field of education from all over the world. The participation was sponsored by the ICSSR, New Delhi.
Prof R K Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Prof (Dr) D Mukhopadhyay, Dean, Faculty of Management and Head of the School, Dr Kakali Majumdar and the faculty members of the school congratulated the scholar for his achievement and wished him success for future academic endeavour.
