Parent Teacher Association has been continuously essaying that Educational Institutions throughout the country should evolve the practice of giving “A new idea a day” for their ward. It enlarges the horizon of young minds and to raise them into the world of thought provocation. I am confident that this ability will go a long way to help Educational Institutions in the working of Moral Education and International Understanding.
The best of all Institutions is that which teaches wards to govern themselves. A teacher affects eternity, he can never tell where his influence stops. Wards taking decisions gives a new look to the Associative Communication between Parents and Teachers. It helps in grow. A balance has to be maintained between the teachers and parents interactive environment. The range of approach reflects the complete spectrum of educative values which contribute to the performance of students and ensures rapid stride forward. The launch of  PTM reflects rays which shows our drive to innovate through everything a child student do. It also develops a keen sense, current trend, an amalgamation of the best and latest to mop up more. It is important for an Association to remember the larger you make an active image dimension, the more the quality, the permutation and combination will upgrade.
This Association measure with considerable accuracy the rise & fall of students performance, behaviour, extra – curicullar activities, skill development in space of subjects and objects. After qualification and establishment in practice or position, the trials and success of academic life are half forgotten in movement of living, but the relative values and its academic hurts are not so easily forgotten. Parent Teachers Meeting is not  the vaccination. It is ongoing. Formal schooling just gets you started. It is stimulating and aware the parents the able trend of skills, causes and ways to enhance the encouraging steps of wards. It is mutual network cultivating the ability of association with counselling regularly. It creates recorded shelves where all the relics full of true virtue without delusion are preserved and responded.
A nation may do without its Millionaires and without its Capitalists, but can never do without its teachers. There are spirtual students who love to swallow good ideas and subjects without making them a part of their lives. Naturally they suffer from a “therotical indigestion”. One that has nothing to eat must seek anything at hand in order to satisfy his hunger; but when one has access to various kinds of food, then one should disseminate as to what is the best kind of food. At the same time you find that your sources of spiritual food has multiplied. Then you select carefully from among the many teachings that system drawn from a”meeting courses” best adopted to the needs of ward-student, and stick to it. It is the shortest route to understand the academic and as a whole requirement of the youngsters, to push up for progress.
The strategies for getting parents involved through parent-teacher conferences can be generated, cultivated and executed to the required motives. Parent involvement is most important factor in a student’s success in school. Sometimes it is limited to attendance of PTM but it is to make the most of opportunity. Let parents know what special services will be available regarding the individual ward; provide parents with suggestions and how to help making the meeting productive. Getting parents to attend the meeting/conference is only half a battle. Experienced teachers offer quick tips to help and get the association off on the right foot emphasizing a spirit of collaboration & cooperation. It is the need of the hour to set immediate goals for the students and work with parents to create a plan for meeting those goals.
Some parents may have been tracking their child’s school work and progress all along and already know what issues are most important to discuss with teacher. This Associative property is an opportunity to update each other on student is progressing with a sense of how child is doing. It shows the kinds that parents want to stay involved in their academic life, their habits, their behaviour, their exclusive progressive skill in some capability if any.
If you think that may an issue, it is a good idea to set up a meeting with teachers & ask how we can pay attention to work in harmony and solve the child’s issue together. This working relationship is always a sweet  responsibility to  encourage the student  to face the challenge in the coming future. It invites the gracious centre of attention, that gives the specific direction and definition.
