SRINAGAR: Governor N N Vohra was today briefed by top civil administration, police, army and intelligence officials about issues related to law and order and internal security in the state.
“Vohra held a series of meetings in which he was briefed about the maintenance of law and order and internal security related issues,” a Rajbhawan spokesman said.
He said Chief Secretary B B Vyas, Director General of Police S P Vaid, General Officer Commanding of Army 15 Corps Lt Gen J S Sandhu and heads of central intelligence agencies briefed the Governor.
Vohra was also briefed about the implementation status of important state and central development projects, the spokesman said. (AGENCIES)
