JAMMU, June 20: Tourism Organizations from Jammu province met the resource persons of tourism in Ludhiana.
A delegation including President, Hotel and Restaurant Association Katra Sham Lal Kesar, senior vice president Rakesh Wazir, chairman, Paryatan Vikas Mandal Ravi Mahajan, President, Association of Patnitop Hotels and Restaurants Koushal Magotra, president, Travel and Trade Association of Bhaderwah Bharat Bhushan Kotwal, general secretary Tariq Choudhary and president, Association of Jammu Travel Agents Amrik Singh met different tourism related persons at Ludhiana and discussed in detail the measures and steps to attract tourists for Patnitop, Sanasar, Nathatop, Sudhmahadev, Bhaderwah etc.
Detailed discussions were held to attract more and more people from Ludhiana and other nearby areas to Patnitop Circuit particularly those who are either new to these areas or who otherwise only come for pilgrimage of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi.
Kesar and Wazir while speaking announced a special package for Patnitop in which a person staying 2 nights at Patnitop would get free third night in the hotel and a person who stayed at Patnitop and after producing bill of Patnitop hotel will get 30 per cent discount at Katra Association hotels.
Ravi Mahajan elaborated in detail about the Raghunath Temple and Koushal Magotra highlighted the other places of tourist interest around the Patnitop.
