SRINAGAR: A tourist from Uttar Pradesh (UP) was killed in a cloudburst at world famous ski resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here this evening.
They said a cloudburst hit an area at Gulmarg, about 55 km here in north Kashmir, at around 1600 hrs, resulting in serious injuries to a tourist Mohammad Saleem, a resident of UP.
Saleem was immediately taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead, they said. (AGENCIES)
