TR Gupta Trust donates pedestal fans for students

JAMMU, May 5: In order to help the poor students, T R Gupta Public Charitable Trust donated pedestal fans to the Govt. Middle School, Karyani Talab, Gandhinagar here today. Due to the non-availability of fans in the classrooms, students were forced to take their classes in the open.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Gupta said that to work and help the poor and needy people is the core vision of their Trust.
He further assured the Principal that if any need<, any help for the students; they can visit the office of their trust.
“The Trust is running a full-fledged multi-speciality medical OPD at Marble Market with free medicines along with facilities of Path lath for tests, ultrasonography and physiotherapy centre. It is open from Monday to Saturday. The students and their parents can avail this facility, as and when needed,” he further added.
Rupali Verma, Principal of the school apprised that all the students are from a poor socio-economic background and as such they need help from charitable bodies.
Among others who graced the event included, trustee, Dr Ashok Gupta, former Prof HoD Paediatrics GMC, Jammu, Rajinder Motial, Kailash Langer, Yash Pal Gupta, S K Sharma, Ajay Sabharwal and Raman Pargal.
