KISHTWAR, Apr 21: Border Roads Organization (BRO) has reported a heavy landslide in Galhar area on Kishtwar-Paddar road, specifically on the Mitalgarh Bridge due to incessant rainfall.
There is also continuous stone shooting in the area, making it dangerous for vehicular movement.
Concerned authorities in a handout stated that as a precautionary measure, all travelers are advised to delay their travel plans from Kishtwar to Paddar until tomorrow (22-04-2023).
They stated that this is to ensure the safety of all passengers and avoid any untoward incident.
The district administration and BRO officials are working together to clear the debris and make the road safe for travel as soon as possible.
However, until the situation is resolved, all commuters are requested by the authorities to cooperate and avoid using this route.
