JAMMU, Dec 27: Traffic Department has strongly appealed the public in general and motorists in particular to strictly adhere to the ban on use of black films/ tinted glasses in all vehicles including Government, imposed by Apex Court of India.
The IGP Traffic has urged upon the public to inform the traffic police if any vehicle (private/ Government) fitted with tinted glasses/ black films is noticed plying at any place throughout the State.
