REASI, Aug 26: Six months skill development training programme in electrician trade organized by Salal Power Station in collaboration with ITI Patiala commenced today.
In the training programme organized by Salal Power Station under Corporate Social responsibility, 20 unemployment youth are taking part.
The training programme was inaugurated by Dr Shahid Iqbal Chaudhary, Deputy Commissioner Reasi.
Speaking on the occasion, General Manager, Salal Power Station expressed concern over the skill shortage in the country, which may effect the performance of industrial development in India.
Dr Raghwendra Pratap Singh, Senior Manager, HR and Nasir Ali from ITI Patiala also expressed their views.
