JAMMU, Dec 20: The State Government today ordered appointment of 17 Junior Scale KAS officers, who were awaiting adjustment in General Administration Department.
The Government also ordered transfer and posting of 37 Junior Scale KAS Probationers of 2011 batch and 16 Tehsildar and Incharge Tehsildar in the Revenue Department.
Amir Hussain and Abhishek Abrol have been posted as Under Secretary in GAD while Manisha Koul is posted as Under Secretary in Industries and Commerce Department.
Suhail-ul-Islam has been posted as Under Secretary in Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports while Aijaz Ahmad Shah as Under Secretary in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Mazahir Hussain Shah is posted as Assistant Director Estates Departments while Syed Nadeem Iqbal Andrabi, Piyush Dhotra and Deepak Kumar have been adjusted as Under Secretary in PWD, Hospitality & Protocol and Agriculture Production Department, respectively.
Shakoor Ahmad Dar, Ajay Bharti, Murtaza Ahmad Sheikh, Sheraz Ahmed, Mushtaq Ahmed, Savita Chouhan, Zakir Hussain and Ashok Singh have been posted as Under Secretary to Government in Industries and Commerce, School Education Department, Labour and Employment, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Labour and Employment, Social Welfare Department, Tourism and Culture and Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department, respectively.
Meanwhile, consequent upon placement of the services of Junior Scale KAS Probationers of 2011 batch (Tehsildars) at the disposal of Revenue Department by the GAD, transfers and postings were ordered today.
Mohd Usman has been posted as Tehsildar Banihal vice Abdul Majeed while Bilal Mukhtar Dar is adjusted as Tehsildar (AR) Uri. Nazia Hassan has been posted as Tehsildar Consolidation Anantnag against available vacancy. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat is posted as Tehsildar (AR) Sopore, Mohsin Raza as Tehsildar (T) Chatroo vice Dharinder Sharma and Towfeeq Ahmad Gazi as Tehsildar (S) Chadoora. Pervaiz Ahmad Shah has been posted as HQA to DC Bandipora while Reyaz Ahmad Shah and Tariq Ahmad Reshi have been posted as Tehsildar (T) Shangus vice G M Hajam and Tehsildar (T) Khansahib vice Mohd Hussain Shah, respectively. Musharraf Ali Haf and Shoaib Mohd Naikoo are posted as Tehsildar (T) Gandoh and Tehsildar (AR) Anantnag, respectively while Israr Ahmed is posted as Tehsildar (T) Koteranka, Syed Farooq Ahmad as Tehsildar (T) Kokernag, Din Mohd as Tehsildar (T) Thathri vice Muzaffar Malik, Mohd Farooq as Tehsildar (T) Thanamandi vice Sunil Kumar, Sheetal Pandita as Tehsildar Relief Organisation, Bashir Ahmad Bhat as Tehsildar (T) Gurez vice Altaf Ahmad Mistry, Hilal Ahmad Mir as Tehsildar (AR) Karnah, Danish Rasool Mir as Tehsildar Relief Organisation Jammu, Tariq Aziz as Tehsildar ( T) Darhal and Bilal Ahmad as Tehsildar (AR) Dooru.

Abdul Majeed has been transferred as Tehsildar Banihal and posted as HQA Ramban. He will also function as AERO Banihal till January 16, 2013.
Dharinder Sharma has been transferred as Tehsildar (T) Chatroo and posted as HQA to DC Kishtwar. He will also function as AERO Chatroo till January 16, 2013. Nisar Ahmad Shahd is transferred as Tehsildar (T) Zanskar and posted as Tehsildar (T) Haveli Poonch while Muzaffar Malik, Tehsildar (T) Gandoh, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar (AR) Akhnoor. He will handover the charge after January 16, 2013. R K Anand is transferred as Tehsildar (T) Ramban and posted as Tehsildar (AR) Reasi. He will also function as AERO Ramban till January 16. Sapna Kotwal has been transferred as Tehsildar (T) Majalta and posted as HQA to DC Udhampur. She will also function as AERO Majalta till January 16. Anil Magotra is transferred as Incharge Tehsildar (S) Hiranagar and posted as Incharge Tehsildar (T) R S Pura vice Ram Lal Sharma who is transferred and now posted as Incharge Tehsildar (T) Hiranagar. Altaf Ahmad Mistry has been transferred as Incahrge Tehsildar (T) Gurez and posted as Incharge Tehsildar (AR) Tral while Paramjit Singh is transferred as Incharge Tehsildar (AR) Kathua and posted as Incharge Tehsildar(S) Bishnah. Tehsildar (T) Kathua shall also hold the charge of Tehsildar (AR) Kathua in addition to his own duties.
Tehsildar Hiranagar Subash Chander Dogra and Tehsildar (T) Bhaderwah Vinay Khosla have been transferred and posted as Tehsildar Relief Organisation Jammu while Tehsildar (T) Shangus G M Mir is transferred and posted as HQA to DC Kulgam.
