JAMMU, Oct 8: Several transfers and postings of officers of the High Court of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh have been ordered after the retirement of Permod Kumar, Additional Registrar (Adm) on August 31, 2023 and promotion of several officers of the High Court recently.
Mohd Yasin Beigh, Registrar (Adm) High Court Main Wing, who is dealing with LP/Legal/ Supreme Court/RTI Section shall now attend the work of LP and RTI section. Aftab Ahmed Chowhan, addl Registrar (Adm), High Court Wing, Jammu has been transferred and posted in the High Court Main Wing, Srinagar. He shall look after the work of Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Sections.
Nisha Saraf, Joint Registrar (Computer), High Court Wing Jammu, has been transferred and posted in the Main Wing of High Court. She shall remain attached with the Registrar Rules till further orders. Farhana Ali, who was promoted as Joint Registrar and presently working in the J&K Judicial Academy has been transferred and posted in the High Court Wing, Srinagar. Her further adjustment shall be made by Registrar Judicial, Srinagar.
Jatinder Singh, Deputy Registrar (Adm), presently working in the Gazetted Section, shall now attend the work of Legal and Supreme Court Section. He shall also keep track of Court proceedings in the High Court, in the cases where High Court is a party.
Pawan Kumar Sharma, who was promoted as Bench Secretary recently, shall continue to work in the Gazetted section of the Main Wing of High Court till further orders. Ajmer Singh, Assistant Registrar -I, presently posted in the High Court Main Wing Srinagar, has been transferred and posted in the J&K Judicial Academy. His further adjustment shall be made by the Director, J&K Judicial Academy.
Showkat Hussain Qadiri, Assistant Registrar-I, High Court Wing Srinagar, has been transferred and posted in the High Court Main Wing. He will attend the work of Legal Section. Syed Gulzar Ahmed, Assistant Registrar-II, presently posted in the High Court Main Wing Srinagar, has been transferred and posted in the J&K Judicial Academy.
Imtiaz Ahmed Wani, who was promoted as Assistant Registrar-II recently, has been posted as Assistant Registrar (Stat Sec) High Court Main Wing. He is also nominated as Nodal Officer for uploading the statistical data etc pertaining to the High Court of J&K and Ladakh on the relevant portals of the Ministry of Law and Justice (Union of India). Nazir Ahmed Ganaie, who was promoted as Assistant Registrar-II recently, shall work in the Gazetted Section of the High Court.
