Sir,
There is an urgent need to draft a transfer policy for female married RET teachers. These teachers have been facing many problems on account of their postings and transfers. This is affecting their health, career and domestic life.
The Government is already aware of such a situation, and is requested to take up this matter on priority basis.
The Government should settle this issue once for all for the sake of teachers and the Education Department by framing a new transfer policy.
