JAMMU, Jan 21: Transgender held protest at the busiest Bikram Chowk here today.
As per reports, a group of transgender held protest at busiest Bikram Chowk alleging that they were assaulted by their rival group after abducting them from Panama Chowk area.
They also blocked the Jammu-Pathankote National Highway. On getting information, police teams including lady cops reached the spot and took the protestors to DPL Jammu to pacify them.

Later, the traffic was restored on the highway.
Meanwhile, cases under relevant Sections have been registered at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu and Satwari and investigation started.
