JAMMU, July 12: All J&K Transport Welfare Association chairman, Ajit Singh; president, Vijay Singh Chib and members along with members of All J&K UT Transport and Civil Society Coordination Committee here today called on Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar.
During the meeting focus was on all the major burning issues.
A handout stated that ultimately the Divisional Commissioner while resolving the issues expressed deep understanding of the issues which ultimately led to resolution of all the disputes including the prime dispute of suspension of more than 8000 permits and registration certificates.
Those who were present in the meeting were Avtar Singh Khalsa, Inderpal Singh, Kali Dass Verma (Tempo Traveller), Davinder Choudhary, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Mohinder Singh, Labh Singh and others.
