JAMMU, July 24:Two boys who were trapped in flash flood in a nallah near Jagti in Nagrota were rescued by the locals and police.
A police spokesman said that these boys had gone for grazing their cattle at the nallah near Chorba bridge in Nagrota area. It was raining in the upper reaches. They got trapped in the dry portion in the middle of the nallah. They started crying for help and then locals of the area and some police men rescued the boys using ropes. They were identified as Hamidu, son of Jamat Ali and Shabir Ahmed, son of Rehmat Ali of Jagti.
