Tributes paid to Chander Shekhar Azad

JAMMU, Feb 27: Rich tributes were paid to Chander Shekhar Azad on his 75th death anniversary.
On the 75th death anniversary of Chander Shekhar Azad, BJP organized a programme to pay tributes to this great Indian patriot. It was organized by BJP Freedom Fighter and Martyrs Cell Ex-Convenor Bharat Bhushan Sharma. The party activists garlanded the portrait of Azad and took a pledge to stand united for the cause of the nation.
State Vice-President Yudhvir Sethi, while paying tributes threw light on the life of Chander Shekhar Azad.
State Secretary Sanjay Baru, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Prof Virender Gupta, Narsingh Das Rajwal, Racchpal Singh, Brig Anil Gupta, Dr Suresh Ajay Magotra, Ayodhaya Gupta, besides many others also spoke on the occasion.
Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Fighters Association (JKFFA) paid tributes to freedom fighter Chandra Shekhar Azad on his death anniversary in a function organised at Ved Mandir Amphalla, here. The function was organised by JKFFA President Ved Gandotra. Floral tributes were paid to the great soul by all the participants.
Speaking on the occasion, Gandotra and State President, Shri Ram Sena Rajiv Mahajan threw light on the life of freedom fighters. Among others present were Chander Shakhar Sharma, Tej Ram Dogra, Rohit Bali, Parbhat Kapahi, MS Katoch, etc.
