Tributes paid to Kargil Martyr D S Bhau

JAMMU, July 1: DDC Chairman Jammu, Bharat Bhushan Bodhi along with Vice Chairman, Suraj Singh Bhau today paid floral tributes to Kargil Martyr Daler Singh Bhau.
Speaking on the occasion, Bodhi lauded the valour of the martyr and said that his sacrifice will be remembered by the country.
He said that the brave-heart fought for pride of his nation.
“Credit of what the country has achieved today goes to the soldiers of the country,” the DDC Chairman maintained calling Bhau as hero of the nation.
Meanwhile, Bodhi also started macadamization work of the road connecting Mishriwala to Jhiri, the project which was languishing since long.
The aforesaid project with estimated cost of Rs 1.49 crore holds much significance as the terminal point of Jhiri village is famous destination for devotees coming from far off places to pay obeisance at the temple situated in the heart of this village.
Others present on the occasion were Ashok Kerni Mandal Pradhan, Ankit, Kulwant Singh, Chuni Lal Sharma and Sarpanch Mishriwala, Pallavi Verma.
