JAMMU, Jan 11: Rich tributes were paid to Former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on his death anniversary.
Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Fighters Association (JKFFA) paid floral tributes to Lal Bahadur Shastri in a function held at Dogra Shourya Samarak, Ambphalla. The function was organized by its Chairman of the Association, Ved Gandotra and Vice Chairman Rajiv Mahajan. Former JMC Commissioner Kiran Wattal was the chief guest on the occasion.
Among others present were RC Puri President, Karnail Chand General Secretary, Tej Ram Dogra Senior Vice President, Pritam Sharma, Rajinder Singh, Gajan Singh Khalsa, JJ Singh, Brij Mehra and Kamal Sharma Vice Presidents and Sukhminder Singh Maini Finance Secretary.
Prof Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party paid tributes to Former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on his death anniversary. In his address, Prof Singh threw light on the life of Lal Bahadur Shastri.
