JAMMU, Mar 13: State president, Bhaujan Samaj Party (BSP), Tulsi Dass Langeh today said that the permanent solution to all the problems of State people is only trifurcation of the State.
Langeh said that the Jammu and Kashmir regions should be given separate Statehood status while Ladakh be given Union Territory status. With the trifurcation of the State, Article 370 will be automatically abolished, which is the main hurdle in the solution to all the problems, he asserted.
These comments of BSP State president came today while addressing several meetings at various places during his tour of Jammu region in response to the complaints from the people, who highlighted various grievances and issues with Langeh.
The issues and grievances which were raised by the people included claims of unsettled PoK refugees, citizenship rights to West Pakistani refugees, restoration of ownership rights to peasants or tenants of evacuated property, implementation of Mandal Commission Report in the light of verdict of Apex Court providing 27% reservation to OBC and discriminatory attitude with Jammu region in all spheres.
It was also expressed by the people that representatives of Jammu region in the Legislative Assembly as well as in the Upper House are sitting there as mute spectator just for their petty vested interests.
