SAMBA, Jan 20: A truck owner was crushed to death while a motorcyclist received injuries in accidents in the areas falling under the jurisdiction of Ghagwal Police Station.
As per police sources, a driver identified as Joginder Singh, son of Baba Singh, a resident of District Gurdaspur Punjab was crushed to death in two trailers collision at PEG FCI Godown Jatwal.

After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Meanwhile, a rider was injured when his motorcycle was hit by a Swift car at Tapyal here today.
The profusely bleeding rider identified as Vijay Ram, son of Lochan Singh of Bagam Kote Tehsil Chassana District Reasi was rushed to Accidental Hospital Ghagwal from where he was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for specialised treatment.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at Police Station Ghagwal and investigation started.
