JAMMU, Sept 4: A truck loaded with gas cylinders hit several vehicles and rammed into a shop in Narwal area, resulting into injuries to its driver.
According to a police official, due to alleged brake failure, a truck bearing registration number JK02AF-6825 today rammed into a spare parts shop in Yard Number 3, Transport Nagar (Narwal) before hitting and damaging several vehicles that came in its way.
He said in the mishap, driver of the vehicle namely Mohd Yakoob son of Dost Mohd, resident of Kupwara, was injured and rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment.
“Narwal police had taken cognizance of the matter,” he added.
