RAMBAN, Apr 4: A trucker was injured in accident near Sherbibi area of Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, here.
As per police sources, a Jammu bound truck bearing registration number JK02BT-9649 rolled down into gorge near Sherbibi area of Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting into injuries to the driver.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured driver to SDH Banihal, where he was undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The injured driver has been identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of Suraj Parkash of Domail District Udhampur.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Banihal Police Station and investigation started.
