JAMMU, July 4: The Samast Swastik Charitable Trust today despatched 16th batch of yatris from Sankat Mochan Panch Mukhi Shri Hanuman Mandir B C Road, Jammu for Haridwar amidst chanting of Vedic Hawan with Hindu religious rituals performed by Pawan Kumar Shastri, President of the Trust and witnessed by a large number of people.
Gurdas Sharma, general secretary/treasurer, Raj Kumar Gupta, Koshal Kumar, Trustee Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, Devinder Singh, DySP Jammu, Vikas Dogra, SHO General Bus Stand Jammu and Pawan Kumar Shastri, President of the Trust flagged off the bus carrying the devotees / yatris to Haridwar on this Amavasya falling on Friday to have a holy dip in Holy Ganga Maiya ji and also to seek blessing of Lord Shiva and Ganga Maiya ji.
The function was also attended by Sukhdev Sharma, Ashwani Sharma W.C.M of Jammu Yatri Bhawan, Rajesh Kumar Rakwal, Private Secretary to President Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, B.R Sharma, Administrator Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust Jammu and Raj Kumar, General Manager and Rashpal Kumar Engineer, Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust Jammu.
