Jammu, July 21: Since for the last many years Shri Swastik Charitable Trust Gurudwara Sunder Singh Road, Jammu has been conducting social, religious and spiritual, Programes for the upliftment of down trodden community under the presidentship of Pawan Kumar Shastri, president of the trust. Now the trust has decided to arrange Yoga Shivir Camp and also arrange Ganga Darshan for such people/yatris who earlier have not visited Haridwar and now wish to attend yoga shivir and Ganga Darshan programs Organized by the trust. Accordingly, trust has arranged 3 days free trip for such yatris during the auspicious month of Purshottam Mass/Mal Mass/Adhik Mass and Sharavan Mass which will be organized at Jammu Yatri Bhawan, Trust Haridwar.
First such trip was flagged off to Haridwar today by a special bus. Under the scheme trust shall bear too and fro expenses of the visiting yatries besides providing of free residential accommodation as also free fooding facilities. For the purpose of taking due care of the visiting yatris/senior citizens in the way, one doctor shall also be arranged by the trust who will accompany with the yatris in every trip.
During this tour, Yatris will attend free yoga classes where yoga experts will educate them about various way and means of meditations to remain out of stress and come out from various diseases such as Blood Presure, Sugar, Mental stress. In addition to the above they will also be made the correct way of performing Pooja, Archana from the learn Pandits and Veda Acharya will also be made known to them.
While speaking on the occasion, Pawan Kumar Shastri, president of the trust has announced that his trust is committed to send 1008 such yatris to Haridwar batch wise on every Amavasya Parv.
On this auspicious occasion, 1st batch of yatris was sent to Haridwar amidst chanting of vedic havan and Hindu religion rituals which was performed by Padam Shri Dr Vishwa Murti Shastri and Dr. Joginder Shastri Ji and many prominent citizens.
