SRINAGAR, May 16: Government today cancelled the appointment of three officers to the Time Scale of KAS under technical quota.
These officers were among 14 appointed by selection to the Time Scale of KAS on March 15, 2012. These officers were required to confirm acceptance of their appointment to Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service within 21 days.
Three officers—Mohammad Sharief (Sheep Husbandry), Dr Waseem Qureshi (Health and Medical Education Department) and Fayaz Ahmad Lone (Finance) have failed to confirm acceptance of their appointment to the Time Scale of KAS as such their appointment has been cancelled.
