Tuition ban

Sir,
‘Tuition Ban’  is a healthy  step to improve the standard of education in Govt. School and for the betterment of students. But it is a step taken in hurry and untimely.
Firstly, tuition  system is prevailing in our society since long and we have provided tuition to so many students. But there are so many teachers/lecturers who have given a bad name to tuition in our society.  They harass students by forcing them for tuitions. This has affected the credibility of genuine teachers. Secondly, it is not possible to get desired results of tuition ban if only Govt. teachers are banned from imparting tuition. Motive behind the tuition ban is:
* To save students from harassment.
*To save students from unnecessary burden of private tuition.
* To save lot  of money of poor parents which they spend on private tuition.
*  To force the teachers to take their classes regularly and sincerely.
But partial ban will  not help the students as it will affect Government teachers only. The trend will continue as private tutors are available. It is therefore required to ban it completely and allow private coaching for professional courses.
Thirdly, strict action should be taken against teachers, masters and lecturers who do  not take their classes regularly and complete the syllabus honestly.
Fourthly, Govt. school make  education system uniform in all the Govt. and private school by introducing same course books..
Fifthly, orders should be issued to all Govt. employees to send their children  to Govt. schools.
I am sure all these steps will definitely improve the system of education in our school.
Yours etc….
