JAMMU, Jan 31: Bishnah police arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bishnah Police Station led by SHO Inspector Deepak Pathania and apprehended two absconder, who were at large since long.
The arrested persons were identified as Jagan Nath, son of Lekh Raj of Village Chakroi, Tehsil RS Pura District Jammu and Girdhari Lal, son of Chaman Lal of Village Kothey Khairi Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
They were involved in cases registered under FIR Numbers 95/2008 under sections 452 and 324 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act and 7/13 under sections 279 and 338 RPC respectively.
Arrest warrants under section 512 CrPC were issued against them by JMIC Bishnah in the year 2013 and 2014 respectively.
Both absconders were produced before the Court of JMIC Bishnah and were sent on under judicial remand in District Jail Jammu.
