JAMMU, Feb 28: Domana police arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrests for the past several years.
A police spokesman said that, police team from Domana police station arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Chain Singh of Pull Doda from Bantalab. He was involved in a case registered under FIR No 150/2006 under Sections 279, 337 and 338 RPC. He was declared absconder by Court since November 16, 2013 and was evading his arrest since then.
Meanwhile, Domana police also arrested another absconder, who has been identified as Om Parkash, son of Sarsa Ram of Pargwal. The accused was involved in a case registered under FIR number 4/12 under Section 341, 506 and 504 RPC. He was declared absconder by Court October 28, 2010 and was at large since then.
Police team led by SHO Domana SI Jai Pal Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sanjay Parihar, SP Rural Rajeev Pandey and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
