JAMMU, Nov 23: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Bishnah area have arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrests for the last 6-7 years.
A police official said that Neeraj Kumar Puri of Kotli Charkan, Bishnah and Sahil Sharma of Ward number 6, Bishnah, were wanted in case FIR number 67/2017 under sections 341, 295, and 44 IPC and FIR number 118/2024 under sections 457, 380 of the IPC registered at Police Station Bishnah.
He said a warrant under section 512 of the CrPC was also issued against the duo by the court, which was successfully executed today with their arrest by a team of Police Station Bishnah led by SHO concerned under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura and SP Headquarters.
