JAMMU, Dec 25: Satwari Police arrested two absconding bovines’ smugglers.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Satwari led by SHO Inspector Sameer Jillani conducted raid and apprehended two persons, who were evading their arrest in bovines smuggling case.
The arrested persons were identified as Mohammad Asif, son of Mohammad Raqeeb of Dooru District Anantnag and Khalid Ahmed, son of Mohammad Iqbal of Kokernag District Anantnag.
They were wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 16/2019 under Sections 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act with Police Station Satwari.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
