RAMBAN, Apr 18: Police here today arrested two absconding ladies who were evading their arrest for a long.
The arrested duo were identified as Muneera Begum, wife of Muzaffar Ahmed, resident of Bagga, Tehsil Mahore in Reasi and Halima Begum, wife of Basharat Ahmed Wani, resident of Gool.
They were wanted in a case of FIR No. 45/2020 U/S 302/109 IPC registered at Police Station Gool and both were evading their arrest from the last three years.
On the specific input, a special team of Police Station Gool was constituted which was headed by Inspector Nazir Ahmed, SHO Gool under the supervision of Nihar Ranjan, SDPO Gool and under the overall supervision of Mohita Sharma, SSP Ramban.
The team arrested the absconders and produced them before the Court of Law for judicial determination.
