JAMMU, Mar 13: Two persons were arrested today by Miran Sahib police for attacking their cousin in a village in Miran Sahib area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Hans Raj son of Sansar Chand, a resident of Malakpur (Miran Sahib), was attacked by his two cousins identified as Satpal and Joginder, following heated exchanges between them over some land issue.
“In the attack, Hans Raj received minor injuries. He was shifted to a nearby hospital where after providing first aid he was discharged”, the spokesman said and added that on the complaint of the Hans Raj, both the accused were arrested and a case against them under relevant Sections were registered at police station Miran Sahib.
