JAMMU, Mar 30: Bus Stand Police arrested two thieves for stealing iron grills here today.
As per police sources, some passerby noticed two persons loading iron grills in a passenger and informed the police.
On getting information, a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Vishal Shoor under the supervision of SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Kulbir Handa rushed to the spot and arrested both the persons for stealing the iron grills.
The arrested persons were identified as Mukul Kalotra, son of Bharat Bhushan of Krishna Nagar District Jammu and Krishan Lal alias Kaku Ram, son of Mohan Lal of Bazigaar Basti Akhnoor District Jammu.
The stolen iron grills and the vehicle used to commit the crime were seized.
A case under FIR Number 10/2022 under Section 379 IPC has been registered against the arrested persons and investigation started.
