JAMMU, Feb 2: Bakshi Nagar police today arrested two persons and recovered 500 Spamprox Capsules, 60 Pramacip Capsules, 325 Nitra Zepam Tablets and 480 Alprauil-05 Tablets from his possession.
According to the sources in police, on specific inputs police conducted a naka near Pawan Ice Cream and stopped two pedestrian namely Ajay Kumar alias Songi, son of Manga Ram, a resident of Pargwal (Akhnoor) and Raj Kumar alias Raja, son of Krishan Lal, a resident of Gurha Thathi (Akhnoor).
During frisking, police recovered 500 Spamprox Capsules, 60 Pramacip Capsules, 325 Nitra Zepam Tablets and 480 Alprauil-05 Tablets from their possession.
Police arrested both the accused and seized the consignment.
In this regard, a case FIR No 13/2015 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act stands registered in police station Bakshi Nagar and investigation of the case is going on.
The arrest was made by a team of police station Bakshi Nagar led by SHO, Inspector Daleep Singh.
