Two arrested with large quantity of illicit liquor

JAMMU, Dec 15: Domana Police arrested two persons and recovered large quantity of illicit liquor bottles from their possession.
As per police sources, during patrolling a team from Police Station Domana led by SHO Inspector Mahesh Sharma and assisted by ASI Anwar Hussain under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sunil Singh caught two persons at Muthi, who were trying to hide themselves from police party for checking.
During search, police team recovered 65 quarters of illicit liquor from the possession of these persons and arrested them.
The arrested persons were identified as Kamal Kumar, son of Shankar Lal and Shaib Lal, son of Radha Lal, both residents of Chhattisgarh, at present Pakhia, Kanachack District Jammu.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation started.
