KISHTWAR, May 10: Police booked two persons for violating SOPs issued in wake of spike in COVID-19 cases.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Kishtwar booked two persons for violating the lockdown restrictions at Sangrambatta area.
The persons, who were booked, were identified as Mohammad Iqbal, son of Maqbool Hussain and Ateeb Ahmed, son of Mohammad Hussain, both resident of Sangrambatta District Kishtwar.
A case under FIR Number 86/2021 under Section 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Kishtwar and investigation initiated.
Kishtwar Police has requested the people to stay indoor otherwise stern legal action shall be taken against the violators.
