JAMMU, Apr 13: Two notorious bovine smugglers were booked under the stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) in Nagrota area here today.
A police spokesperson said that Zaffer Ahmed of Majeen Rangoora, and Muskan Ali of Dansal, were booked under PSA for their repeated engagement in bovine smuggling.
He said multiple FIRs were registered against the accused in separate police stations of the Jammu District.
Arrest warrants against the accused were also issued by the competent authorities which got executed today with their arrests by SHO Nagrota, Incharge Police Post Sidhra and SHO Jhajjar Kotli under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota and SP Rural Jammu.
