RAMBAN, Apr 28: Two brothers were arrested with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Ramban apprehended two persons along with 11 litres of illicit liqor. The team also destroyed around 40 litres of lahan.
The arrested persons were identified as Beer Singh and Chain Singh, both sons of Amarnath and resident of Mankal, Billawat, District Ramban.
Cases under relevant sections have been registered against them at Police Station Ramban and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Ramban Inspector Sunil Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Rajinder Singh Chib, Additional SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SSP Ramban Hasseb-ur-Rehman.
