JAMMU, June 24: Miran Sahib Police booked two persons for encroaching Government land.
As per police sources, a lady namely Satvinder Saini, wife of Kamal Saini (Director Stephens International Public School Nihalpur Simbal) lodged a written complaint at Police Station Miran Sahib stating that Raj Kumar and Bodh Raj, sons of Sain Das of Nihalpur Simbal Sahib are encroaching the railway track (Government Land) and trying to obstruct the common passage leading to village Nihalpur Simbal. They have also stolen the fallen trees from the Government land illegally, the complainant added.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 106/2020 under sections 447 and 188 IPC has been registered at Miran Sahib Police Station and investigation started.
