JAMMU, Dec 19: Nowabad police arrested two drug peddlers.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Nowabad Police Station laid a naka and intercepted two persons, who were moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 140 grams cannabis and 150 bhang powder from their possession and arrested them.
The arrested persons were identified as Aqib Hussain of District Anantnag and Tariq Hussain of District Doda.
A case under FIR Number 180/19 under section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Nowabad Police Station and investigation started.
