Srinagar, May 4: Police today said it arrested two drug peddlers from Achabal area of Anantnag district in South Kashmir.
A police spokesman said acting on a specific information, police intercepted two persons identified as Gulzar Ahmad Ganie and Abdul Majeed at Achabal. On checking, 35 kilograms of fukki was recovered from their possession.
The spokesman said a case under FIR number 51/2017 under Section 15/18 NDPS Act was registered and investigation was taken up.
