JAMMU, Jan 3: Two hardcore criminals were arrested from Arnia area here today, officials said.
They said information was received through reliable sources regarding presence of Rahul Kumar of Kothi Khour, Tehsil RS Pura, and Parshotam Kumar alias Pippa of Salehar, Tehsil Bishnah, who were evading their arrests in two cases registered at Police Staion Arnia.
On this, officials said special teams of Police Station Arnia led by SHO concerned raided the suspected place and arrested the accused along with a sharp-edged weapon.
Further investigation in the case is underway, they said.
