JAMMU, Sept 13: Two persons were arrested by Nowabad police along with stolen motorcycle.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police team from Nowabad Police Station led by SHO Satvinder Singh laid a naka and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02Q-2446.
During scrutinizing of documents, it came to fore that the motorcycle was stolen from the jurisdiction of Trikuta Nagar Police Station. Two persons riding on the motorcycle were arrested on the spot.
The accused have been identified as Vipin Shukla and Anurag Awasti, both residents of Kanpur, presently residing near Railway Station Jammu.
Both the accused were handed over to Trikuta Nagar police for further investigation.
