SAMBA, May 13: Two hutments were gutted in fire in Rakh Barotian area of tehsil Vijaypur here today.
As per police sources, fire broke out in the hutments of Bagh Hussain, son of Murad Ali and Alam Alam Hussain son of Lal Hussain, caught fire in Rakh Barotian area of tehsil Vijaypur.
In the fire, all the household and other items including jewellery were damaged.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Vijaypur Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
Meanwhile, SDM Vijaypur Vinay Kumar along with other officers also reached the spot to take stock of the situation. He provided tents, utensils and ration items to the fire victim families and assured all possible help from the administration.
