JAMMU, Mar 22: The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, has ordered the transfer of two IFS officers, KS Jayachandran (CCF), and Saurabh Sharma (CF), from the Union Territory of New Delhi to the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
