RAMBAN, Jan 30: Two persons were injured after a car they were travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge near Kela Morh in Ramban on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway late Monday evening.
The ill fated car was bearing registration number JK19A-0827.
After getting information about the accident, a police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation with the help of locals.
The injured were rushed to District Hospital Ramban, where their condition was stated to be stable when last reports came in.
The injured were identified as Prithiv Raj, son of Sham Raj of Bibrotta, Rajgarh, District Ramban and Ranjeet Singh, son of Swami Raj of Kastigarh, Doda.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at the concerned police station and investigation started.
