POONCH, Dec 17: Two persons were injured when a car they were travelling in, met with an accident near Parnai Power Project, in Sheindra area of Poonch district today.
Official sources said that an Alto car, bearing registration number JK02CE- 7089 was met with an accident near Parnai Power Project. The driver among two persons were injured in the mishap and were taken to District Hospital, Poonch.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch, Dr Zulfiqar Ali said that one among them had injury in foot who was further shifted to GMC Rajouri for advanced treatment, while another had suffered minor injuries.
Both the injured were identified as Shahid Iqbal, son of Mohd Bashir and Shafait Hussain, son of Farooq Hussain, residents of Sheindra village in Poonch. Meanwhile, police has takes cognizance of the matter.
