RAMBAN, Feb 23: Two persons were injured today when a passenger vehicle in which they were travelling turned turtle on highway at Digdol here.
The ill fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02AL-7477 was coming from Magerkot and moving towards Ramban was driven by Kishor Singh, son of Parbhat Singh, resident of Alinbass in a rash and negligent manner.
When the vehicle reached Digdol, the driver failed to control its speed and it overturned leaving two passengers Alaf Din, son of Jamal Din, resident of, Bardgadi, Ramban and Muneera Begum, wife of, Parveez Ahmed, resident of, Sujmatna injured.
Both the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Ramban for medical treatment.
Police has registered a case in this regard in FIR no. 63/2023 U/S 279/337 IPC and started investigation.
